Gunsmith in Oregon

Hello,
I googled gunsmith in Oregon, but got few results...looking for a reputable gunsmith that can blueprint a remington 700 action for me, along with other various services.
I live in Hillsboro, and closer is better, but willing to drive for a better outcome.

there are a couple of them in Oregon. Darrel Holland in Powers Oregon, i believe you can find him under Hollands Guns- There are possibly 2 in Bend OR one is in Bend first name Jim, cant remember his web page or last name. Then one in North Bend Oregon. There is rifle in the gun photo section that was built by the builder in Bend on a Win Mod 70 in .300WM real nice work.

Mike Blatt in Roseburg, (Orwapitihunter) Built me a 6.5x284 that shoots light's out. First group was .232 5 shots. I usally take the money at our longrange shoots 95 % of the time , Cold bore shots.
