Have only used on this rifle. It did tighten up groups a little with another load.Another question..Is this isolated to one rifle or have you tried the can on multiple rifles? Some cans are known to open up groups, I've encountered this myself.

I think this right. I did a survey awhile back. I initially thought using a can could result in lower or higher velocity.I had to reduce powder charge a tad. Just like developing a new load recipe.

Yes thatYeah, if you're gonna shoot with a can, develop the load with the can. Adding the can alters the barrel harmonics. That said, if you've got a good load with the rifle unsupressed, load 5 rounds on either side of the node at .1 to .3 grain increments and it should settle in when you put on the can. At least that's what worked for me. That's how I do it when I'm waiting to get a suppressor and I already have the rifle.
