Just follow some of the posts, and you'll be just fine.
If you are the buyer, select the seller on the drop-down menu, enter the seller's screen name, and enter your comment on the text.

If you are the seller, select the buyer on the drop-down menu, enter the buyer's screen name, and enter your comment on the text.

Very important that we utilize the feedback function on all transactions! Sure makes the decision to deal with a person easier when there's lots of feedback. If a person doesn't leave feedback, no harm in asking.
