Good price on 223 ammo?

Theres a website that I go to time to time, (they have alot of interesting stuff) and they have 1000rd cases of pmc 223 fmj ammo for 314.99 shipped. This seems like a pretty good price or am I wrong?
I was thinking it would make great practice ammo.

Sportsmansguide.com has Wolf 62 gr Soft Point 1000 rounds for $204. The 55gr Soft Points are a bit more at $225 and the 75gr Hollow Points are a bit higher than that at $275. For the money you can beat it.
