Gettin' the meat back home...need ideas

The last outfitter I worked for has a boat load of guys that come from back east. At the end of the season they make arrangments with a trucking company they are in cahoots with. They load up all the meat in a refridgerated truck and have the meat delivered to several locations in NY, PA ect. for a fraction of the cost of Fedex delivery.
