I just got back from ibex hunting in spain
The only place I have heard you can bring the skin and horns home with you is Kyrgyzstan. I wouldn't worry about the meat. It will be a night mare. You'll never find a cooler or ice. For the Hide and horns they will have to be clean, no flesh and dry. I'm bringing a kuiu taku bag for mine
