I just learned that mail sent to Washington to the BATF is "sanitized" before delivery, and this security operation can impose two to three extra weeks before the agency receives it. This is necessary because of the world situation.

Do you mean if anyone from Canada can order a blank barrel, stocks, or custom action in the states has to fill out the form 6 application form before sending it to BATF?

I just want to make clear what you meant by that.
