What all did you get from them?
Folding Adapter? Reciever Block? AR Adapter?

Actually, the recipe is in the review. You'll want a lugged Pushbutton folder, a lugged pig nose and a lugged AR-15 receiver block. You can find the part numbers in the article.

What about the sbt btfa? I see them available several places now
