My friends daughter shot this one the following day. It scored in the mid 80s.

Regarding tastiness, all the AZ Antelope I've taken were stellar in taste. But we field dress rapidly, keep them elevated above the hot truck bed with pallet or just firewood and skin immediately when back in camp.
I love that hunt more than anything else.

Antelope is excellent eating. One of my favorite. My only complaint is there's not a lot of meat! Backstraps for grilling (filayed with pineapple, then bacon wrapped and seasoned), hamburger meat, and chipoltle cheese summer sausage.
