Fire pin problems

Just once probably got around 200 rounds fried all different bullets trying to find a load some of the primers look like there off center

Having a misfire on just one round probably isn't the cause of your gun being not as accurate as you'd like. I'd move away from thinking there's something wrong with the firing pin.

What we know
1) one round misfire out of 200 rounds
2) you've tried multiple bullets none are accurate
3) you bedded the action and it didn't improve the accuracy
4) you scoped the barrel and it looks good

Questions I was thinking of to try to help you out.
1) what accuracy are you getting out of the gun?
2) are you reloading or using factory ammo? You only mentioned "the factory horandy super performance 257 117 gr sst" is that the only round you've used?
3) how old is the gun, how many rounds down the barrel?
4) what condition is the barrel crown, any damage, burrs, nicks etc?
5) are the scope mounts tight, torqued to specs?
6) is your scope known to be holding zero and the zero is not changing on you?

Its control round that the factory I was shooting 110 eldx Berger 115vld 100 Barney crown looks good bought new never shot good

If it's a right hand bolt, is the "rub" spot on the left side, at 3:00 on the front of your firing pin ?

Yea I shot around 15 to 20 rounds 1 miss fire after bedded

A friend of mine asked me to help him sight in his new 30.06 and freshly mounted new scope, we took it up and put 40 rounds through it just to find that every time we thought we had it dialed in the zero would move, he got a bad scope right out of the box. To take the scope holding zero out of the equation do you have another known good scope you could temporarily replace it with and at the same time make sure the scope mounts are tight to the action?

Another question, I don't know the torque specs for a model 70 Win. but did you torque the action bolts down to specs?

What twist rate is on your rifle. As I have read in the past, this seems to be a common occurrence with this caliber when it comes to grouping. Others claim that their rifle shoots great with heavier or lighter bullets. I would find out what the twist rate is , if it is a 1/9 twist rate maybe try a heavier bullet, if it is a 1/10 try a lighter bullet. As far as the misfire after shooting 200 rounds it could be the firing pin hole just got powder residue and slowed the firing pin enough to not ignite the primer.
