Fire forming brass

So I need to fire form about 100 rounds in 7mm PRC. I don't want to waste my H1000 fire forming and wanted to know what load I could use with RL22, I have a little left over that I will never use so figured it would be good for this.

Hornady book has a lot of uses for RL-22 in 7 PRC, looks like lighter side of caliber for weight but bullets in the same weight/shape range from other brands will work similar. I buy bulk bullets from Midway or factory seconds for this kind of thing. If the rifle is worth a hoot normally they shoot surprisingly well.
