Favorite Orange Vest?

Getting tired of the walmart special vest. Tired of the loud game pouch, tired of cheap zippers, tired of bulky/billowy fits that snag on every branch. What are some good quality, no frills orange vest options?

Is it possible to add hat to this? I had a wool one (baseball cap style) that was awesome but I lost it. I've got a poly one that feels like wearing a sauna and a cotton one that must have been made using a small Asian person for sizing.
