OHHH... I understand what you meant when you were talking about the ring on the shoulder. You "bumped" the shoulder. Sometimes it helps to post pictures for us slow folks!

Rifle is fixed . Loaded wrongly sized brass with bullet jammed into lands( To fire form them to newly reamed chamber) with moderate charge of H4350 pushing 105gr Hornady BTHP . I was able to hit full Soda Pop cans at 430 yards. Zero extraction problems .
