Encore pistol load

Hello men and women, I'm loading 223 with 55 grain so using aa2230 and I have Xterminater, which is the same as aa2230, I've got an encore with a 15 inch barrel. I need to hear from some pistol reloaded, due to the short barrel , I was wondering about the velocity . Are you getting good groups. I've got Fed 205, cci , Winchester primers, any recommendation. Thanks

I don't have any, need to stay with Xstermanter or aa2230

H4198 works for me in 204 using a 40 gr, basically the same as the 223 for case fill.

X-Termenator with 55 grain works perfectly for me!! 1" difference I would not change it!!!

Its not going to be that bad M4 carbines come with 16 inch barrels and standard grade comes with a 20 inch barrel I think the loss between them is no more than 200 fps

Attached is QL data for both powders with a 15" barrel and 55 grain V-Max. Both powders put you solidly over 2800 fps. I have several encore pistol barrels, but no experience with the 223 or either powder. Proceed at your own risk.
