Elk load for 300RUM

I just got a letter in the mail from the R&R ranch in CO. It states all the gear necessary to bring and mentions that a recommended weight of 150-165gr bullet will be ideal for long range shots. No reccomended calliber. I was going to load 180 partition or 200accubond, but should I consider stepping down to 165 partition?

I'd go with the 200gr Accubond and never look back. Take some 240gr SMK's and really blow their mind.
