DIY Manganese Parkerizing

G'day Guys
Just recently I managed to find my grandfathers rifles and one of them was my great grandfathers rifle.
I'm currently restoring them back to original one of the will be getting hot blued, but the other was parkerized. Now I have got the 96% phosphoric acid, manganese dioxide and deminerlised water also the 0000 steel wool.
Just wondering what is the formula and ratio's to make the solution.
