Digital powder scale's who make good ones?

Hi guy's I need a better digital powder grain scale without breaking the bank! I'm looking to get one I can plug into the wall, who makes a good consistant scale? The Hornady I have is a PITA and not consistant! I know its a cheap one $27 bucks, but I lookin for a good this time! your thoughts please! Thanks
