Defiance Tenacity 50 week wait?? What options do I have?

I called Defiance today inquiring about a Tenacity action and they said they are roughly 50 weeks out. So what are my options? Are there other actions with the same quality at the same price point? I'm looking for a XM (medium) length magnum bolt face to build a 7 saum.

If you are using a smith they can often get them and for less. Lots of places sell them just have to find one and be fast enough to get it.
