SOLD/EXPIRED Defiance Actions

Curious if this mag box CFE-9 Magazine Box, WYATT'S OUTDOOR, INC.. Could be altered to fit the 3.9 seekins cut?

I emailed and asked. From Defiance:
I do not know if it would ever be an option. The issue is with our bolt stop. We would have to move it back to accommodate the longer bolt throw and in order to do that we would have to do some reprogramming and add material to the back of the receiver to move it back.
