Are there any complications in seating these bullets with the bullet point bottoming out in the seater stem?

I have not had that problem. With the maxx-agg bullets I shoot it would make sense that long sleek point would go to the bottom of the seater stem but it has not caused a problem for me if it has. I have no bullet run out from it being wobbly where it seats in the stem. I still have not recovered a bullet but hope to soon. This weekend my son is putting the 200 grain maxx-agg 30 cal to the test out of the Mcmillan Outdoorsman rifle. He hopes to test it on a big fat bull buffalo Saturday. If that doesn't stop one I about give up.

I have not had that problem either although, I am using a VLD micrometer seating stem. For the extra $30 they're a great addition.
