Custom Savage Mod 116 in 6.5x284

    Stainless barreled action.

    Trued and timed by SSS.

Bartlien 1:8 Sendero profile barrel. Chambered and threaded by Greg Young of Southern Precision Rifles(www.bugholes.com) and threaded for a brake. I had the fluting and gilled brake installed by APR.

The original barrel nut was replaced by the Bugnut system from Bugholes, the wrench will be included as well as Go/ No-Go gauges making barrel swaps at home a breeze.

The stock is a McMillian Hunter, painted by APR.

Trigger is a Timney set at 1.75 pounds.

    Ken Farrell 20 MOA Rail.

Minimum testing is seeing just under 2 inches at 300 yards, I feel like bullet seating adjustments will get this down dramatically.

    $2200 Shipped.

As pictured it weighs 9.5 pounds.

I forgot to mention that the stock has a lower rail installed with dual studs. Very handy for use with a bipod.

I found the dummy round I made for using the Hornady Overall Length Gauge.

Will throw it and a new box of Lapua brass in with the deal.
