Converting 7rm to 7 mm stw

I have a weatherby vanguard 7 rm with a shotout barrel. Wondering all that would need to be changed to make it a stw.

One of the biggest things to look at is the magazine. How long is it? Most of the factory STW's are 3.600" so that factory ammo can fit. If you have that, or more, then a good barrel change is in order.
