While many will discard what is not solicited or attacking in nature, IF ( and that is a BIG IF) we are mature enough to get past our emotional responses and examine it for truth, we can still grow from it. If its true, its true no matter the source. There are websites that I absolutely abhor, yet I am able at times to get past that to receive something valuable.
But by and large it's like the Mary Poppins song, A Spoon full of sugar makes the medicine go down. Lol
