Public Access! I think at the time this set up there wasn't any though of fences. Now the ranchers have fence it off. Or at least control property that restricts access. Something should be done, but It would be a very hard push. Montana Gov has stated that Montana not going to do it. We'll have to watch and see what happen in Wy. Possible get behind the suit and fund some of the costs to see it it can prevail. So the battle is on, and a start. If Wy holds up then the other states are going to fall. It will take years, but never the less it can be done.
I know I would put up some funds help with the legal fight. If we all got behind it, that maybe enough to win the fight. If a fund was set up and we put in a little each month so it doesn't kill our pocketbook. That shouldn't be to bad. Need to make a stand somewhere.
