I have one of those crappy V stick type chronos and have had nothing but trouble getting it set up and lined up for shooting. Often it won't record after a shot. I think I would like to try those new magneto speed type that hook to the barrel. I'd like to get some opinions. Are they accurate

In my experience the Magnetospeed is exceptionally accurate and easy to set up and use. You will likely have to segregate your shots for velocit from those for group size since the weight of the bayonet on your barrel can effect POI and group size. IMO, it's one of the best investment that I have made in shooting equipment.
