Cheap American Eagle 223 50gr VT... IMPRESSED

Ok guys... I'm not usually one to fawn over factory ammo as I reload and am used to tight groups, but I'm amazed by the accuracy I'm getting from these cheapo American Eagle 50gr Varminted Tips that I picked up at Sportsmans for $11.00... Both on my bolt action and my AR15.

Here's my group I just got today after mounting a scope on my savage hog hunter... 223... @ 100 yards.

And here's a group I got out of my DPMS Sweet 16 when I put on a new scope several weeks ago.... 100 yards. I've not had one group larger than .46 moa out of either rifle... And this spans a few boxes of ammo. 80+% are in the .3x Moa range.
