Chambered 17 Remington Shilen barrel

I have a custom Shilen select match HV barrel that was chambered by Carl Bernosky. This is off a build and it had 1 round fired on it for function test. It is a 9 twist barrel throated for the 25 and 30 grain bullets with a .197 neck and has a 27 inch finish length. It has standard Remington threads, for a coned bolt face and the recoil lug used was a .312 in thickness. It has a glass bead finish that has some light marks in it from the barrel vise taking it off. The marks at the outer inside crown are when he bead blasted it it went in a little where it is shiny.
