CCI 400 compared to 450 or BR4

Working at getting components for my wife's 6BR. Found 8 Lb of Varget Lapua brass and Lapua 105's.was able to score some CCI 400 primers today on Powder Valley. It seems like most load data calls for BR4 or 450's. Will these work ok?
Yes they will work if you can find a load on the slow side, the 6 mm br produces pretty high pressure and the mag. primers provide a little safety against possible piercing plus better SD's are common with the 450's over 400's

Well right or wrong I got 2000 of them from Powder Valley. They actually had 3000 of them in my order I called and asked them to take 1000 off so somebody else in need could get some. Hopefully it helps someone else.

I stopped using 400s years ago because they started showing pressure signs in relatively tame book loads. I think their cup material was thinner/softer/both or something like that (what I learned after my own experience). YMMV
