Never had the CB, but well satisfied with Direct Thread.

I have three rifles I swap 2 suppressors around on. CB is awesome and repeatable for me. Nice that the barrel threads are never exposed. When I loan a gun out to someone I put the CB thread protector on. If you decide you want a DT you can loctite the CB break in the suppressor.
