Case trim length question

I've got some 1x fired brass that ranges in length. The measurement from the shortest to the longest case is .005". Would you trim or leave it?

If they exceed the "trim to length" in your manual, yes. If you have a carbon ring build up, that variation could give you some pressure problems too.
Consistent brass prep is one of the things you can control.
Deburr inside and outside of cases mouths after and hit it with steel wool to polish the chamfers.

In that case, "IF" ..........I were going to crimp , with such as a Lee Factory Crimp Die, I would want them all the same length.
