Case capacity difference between Hornady and Norma brass?

Specifically 338WM. I really don't want to work up loads again, but those tight and shallow primer pockets(Hornady) are insane. My last batch of brass is taking too much prep time. Should I be able to use existing data in Norma brass?

Norma brass has the most capacity of all brands...so you will need more powder to get the same velocity as your Hornady brass.
One thing to keep in mind, Norma brass is thin in the web, primer pockets open easily.

The Norma manual says the case volume for their 338 Win Mag is 88.1 grains of water.

Will the lightest cases always have the most capacity, or are there other factors?

Is any data on the web as to Hornady's water capacity?

I checked a couple of freshly fired cases and they were 87.56 and 87.59 grains water capacity.
