I get why there's a minimum post count, pretty much necessary anymore. Usually ends up with some unnecessary postings just to get the count up. Like this one

I had some similar problems and if I'm correct a post doesn't have to be a thread starter , it can be a reply , advice and stuff you wouldn't think was a post .
Sure be nice for new guys like you and me ,to have a simple definition of what counts as a post .i am ok to move around on site now .

if you are still having trouble go to administrative section and post your problem on a test post , Len took care of me there.
