Butch's Bore Shine - Chrome Barrel ?

Can I use Butch's Bore Shine in a chrome barrel?

I have been using Hoppes for years. Thinking of Bore Tech Eliminator down the road.

Chrome lined or chrome moly doesn't set well with amonia . If an amonia base is used - don't let it set long , like hours.
