Burn rate range

If you now what your throat is you can guess what charge is possible? Example, loaf data at specified length with a short throat start at lower 1/3. Average to longer throat you can start at 5-10% less max depending what start load and max is? Check and see what test gun was used as it could be like yours? Doesn't mean the throat is the same?

Learning 101. Interesting on change of burn rates in different cartridges. I hadn't paid much attention to that or even known about it. I generally work with a narrow range of powders, and stay away from others. Because of hunting in weather varing so greatly, I use powders that aren't effected as much by being heat sensitive. That is because, I do load fairly hot powder loads in my cases. I don't a suprise like blowing out a primer out of the case.
