Brownells

I placed an order at Brownells last week i just receved an email from [email protected] asking me to call them to review my order is this BS OR NOT
just call the number on the bottom of your order confirmation email you got from them last week and reference the one you got today to see if it's legit

i didnt know so i just emailed back to cancel my order they emailed back they just wanted me to
call them so they could tell me the idem ways out of stock

Unfortunately, BROWNELLs has become a complete s*** show. Look them up with the local better business bureau (hundreds of recent complaints) or reviews on Trust Pilot.

I ordered a lightweight Varmit test 6 weeks ago, they charged my card, then a week later they cancelled the order. I called them and after waiting for 2 hours on hold, the customer service rep could care less.

Yesterday my card was charged for the original order from six weeks ago. I called them and waited 90 minutes and again no apology. They could careless.

I'm getting ready to return everything($1065) and know that they will screw up the refunds. Buyer be VERY aware of brownells

yes sir i just canceled an order with them two weeks ago i dont know what happen to them but your right buyer beaware

Dang.
I just went online to Brownells and bought some dies, bullets, a bushing, and a bore guide Sunday night. Shipped out today.
Only time I've had them cancel an order is for primers or powder during these recent crazy times. Which is understandable IMO.

Fraudulently charged my card $184 for an order that they cancelled 7 weeks ago. Try calling them - average weight time is 2 hours. No one will ever call you back either. They won't get any more of my money

I've ordered dies, go gauges, reamers, scope covers, powder.....all kinds of stuff this year with no problem. One gauge was on backorder, it came along in a few weeks like expected.

I ordered Federal 215m primers from Brownells this past November, felt like I hit the lottery! Then an unexpected family emergency forced me to be away for three weeks, forgot about my order for the time, got home to find that Fed Ex had tried multiple attempts to deliver, and because no one was home the primers were being shipped back to the sender. I called Brownells and explained the situation, customer service rep was very understanding, said not to worry, they would re-ship my primers once they received them back from Fed Ex. The rep delivered on the promise, turnaround time was fast, and I got my primers. I was very impressed by the level of service. Maybe I got lucky, but I have yet to have a bad experience with Brownells.
