When a few other gunsmith said they couldn't flute the bolt on my HS Precision TB said no problem. Had the bolt fluted Teflon coated and back to me in a few weeks. Pricing is listed on his web page. I'll gladly use him again.

If you are on as tight a budget as you claim, the money for a fluted bolt could be better spent in another direction. "Kewl" is OK but does nothing for accuracy.

Yeah I understand. I'm currently content with a factory CDL RUM throwing .4s consistantly. Originally wanted to rebarrel but can't make myself when it shoots good light.
