My new 6-284 was having a perfect season till yesterday afternoon. I haven't been out alot but I was 4 for 4 picking up #4 about 45min before I missed #5.
It was snowing like crazy and he was walking straight away from me at about 200yds. It's no excuse, still should have been a dead dog but I rushed my shot just a little more than I needed to and MISSED! Boooooo my bad
Both dogs yesterday were big males which is nice because I've been seeing mostly youths and females.
