After considering having something made up, I found that Google actually found they already existed in a form similar to what I had in mind! 
I'd like to hear any input either good or bad please. Also any comments on the various models offered by Phoenix Tactical and the different sizes.
I intend to use them on Harris Bipods which I find tend to dig into the ground and then slide on most of the surfaces on which I use them, making it impossible to "pre-load" the legs (which has been my preferred shooting style).
Does anyone know where to get them? I saw that Phoenix was out of stock of the model that I wanted (the one that seemed the coolest of course!).
