big game measurements?

anyone know where to get average numbers for big game measurements such as length, etc. I will be using a mildot scope soon and was wondering what the measurements in inches were for animals like coyote, black bear, whitetail, moose. anyone have any suggestions other than getting an animal and measuring it?
