Best stock for frequent switch barrel changes?

I'm curious what everyone might suggest for a rifle stock for a rifle that will be a switch barrel rig with frequent changes. I'm thinking something with a good aluminum bedding block for consistency. I'd also want a stock that rides bags well. This will be shot of the bench mostly.
