Switch barrel equipment- best method

Didn't want to revive an old thread. Looking at setting up 2 switch barrel actions. One will be on defiance anti and is for hunting, the other will be on kelbly golden bear for F-class. What is the best method? I'd rather not remove the actions so would a vise and 2 lug wrench be best? Will a lug wrench damage my lugs with several swaps? Or should I look for a receiver block (not sure if thats even an option). Pretty much just need a little direction. FWIW barrels will range from 1.25" to proof lite sendero.
