Berger Classic Hunter performance on game

I was just curious if anyone used the Berger classic hunters this past season. I'm trying to find out how they performed on game both close and long range?

I'm looking into the 168gr in 30 cal (30-06) and 7mm (7WSM).

My friend used the 168 classic from a 7 rem mag to take a cow elk last year. His remark was that the elk folded up faster than he had ever encountered in the past. IIRC the shot was right around 100 yds.
