Berger Bullets

What is the difference between the Berger hunting and tactical bullets? My understanding is that the match bullets will not expand reliably, is that correct? Do the tactical bullets expand reliably?

It's going to depend on your application and the bullet, one of the absalutely best hunting bullets period is the Berger 215 Target Hybrid but in some of the other cals I stick to the Hunting.
