Well, it doesn't sound good.
If you are familiar with inspecting the brass and are really getting the 200 ling that big, then something doesn't sound good.
I would take a second look at everything and even consider taking a few shots with some factory ammo for good measure.
If those observations all repeat, then you may want to consider a chamber cast or just punt back to the OEM and seek help.
Chambers, brass, and dies all need to coordinate to keep things running smooth. When any one part of that is off, there is usually trouble.
A custom die is a PIA to order these days, so depending on the balance and value you place on the barrel versus all the time and research it takes to work through it, usually this turns into a punt.
