I am now using an 8 twist barrel chambered in 6 Creedmoor. I shoot the 105 and 108 Hornady bullets. What effect will happen if I go to a 7 1/2 twist? Pressure changes? Velocity change? Accuracy change? Better or worse?

I don't believe any of these questions can be answered with any honestly as every barrel is different only thing you can do is install the barrel start having fun and all questions will be answered

pressure and velocity will be very little (maybe 5' all else equal)
b c at distance will also increase slightly.
Too tight at high velocity can tear up jackets but not sure what that rate is with those bullets?

Sorry I took so long in thanking you two, but thank you for your input! Makes me feel better about the barrel I am buying on this site.

Bullet spin rate in rpm formula:

(Velocity in fps X 720) ÷ (twist in inches) = bullet rpm

(3000 X 720) ÷ 12 = 180,000 rpm

Spin rate slows down about 1% for every 100 yards it goes downrange.
