Ballistic table accuracy

Anyone ever compare the JBM tables to the Jackson rifles? Whenever I enter in the same information it seems to be different on energy and at around 1400 yards there is 1 MOA diffrence in the two. Not sure if it is because JBM takes into account humidity (which I set at zero for the test)

I use Exbal and it works for me..
