ATF eForm 4 Reduced Wait Times?

When the ATF says my form is "Approved". what exactly does this mean?

I didn't get the lighting fast approval others have posted, but woke up to a great email from the ATF today.

Approved: 4/23/24
Individual app through scheels

Hopefully I can get mine soon. Certified 6 days before you with CA.

Sandman L - Approved and shipped 12/16/22
Ghost 45M - Approved and shipped 12/16/22
Mask HD- Approved and shipped 12/29/21
Sandman L- Approved and shipped 12/29/21

This is what's in the que. I might have Mask issues. A .22 with the volume turned up is just no fun at all
