Today is last day. Supposed to vote at midnight. No idea what's up with that.

Some reason they think waiting until the last matters for some reason. Same reason why Asa waited until the last day to veto it. He knew the entire time he was going to. If it does pass tonight, I fully expect lawsuits to be filed tomorrow.

We did get act 872, watered doen, but useful. Please read it. Don't know if the house will bring sb298 back to the floor for a vote.

well it looks like its over. Asa got his way. SB298 was morphed into HB1957. This is a much watered down version and only addresses new laws passed by the Feds after January 1, 2021. This has passed both houses and Asa will sign. They are still calling it the Sovereignty Act, but its not. Such a shame.

Game and fish threw a fit. They were concerned with possible loss of revenue. Short sided thinking. The only way bloodless way to beat these socialists is to strip all their power we possibly can and let them fight back for pieces of it in court. You know, the way they have done us for years.
