The Arizona system is one of the worst. You basically start over for everything you want to draw. It totally sucks compared to CO and WY.

They shut the system down last December - right when I needed to print off a license. Unbelievable.

I got hit for $800 WY and $1130 NM but those are "pay up front" applications. Nothing from AZ.
