Any idea what this magazine box is for?

Does anyone have any idea what rifle/action this magazine box belongs to?

It looks like the rounds slide in and down to the rear, because the inside is shaped like this: |\_____\|

If anybody wants it, and is willing to pay shipping, I'll send it out. I'll keep it for a week, then I'm throwing it out. It's no good to me if I don't know what it's from.

Looks to be a magazine box someone modified to feed rimmed cartridges. With rimmed cartridges the stagger forward keeps the rim of the top cartridge from catching on the rim below and causing rim lock. No idea what it would fit, that's long box...
